It is indeed easy to get them separated by side scatter and CD16, but there are differences with the clones I recall. If memory serves me right you also have to consider the 'early neutrophils' with non-segmented nuclei to be low or negative for CD16. Eosinophils can be separated out by scatter polarisation or autofluorescence, after FACS-lyse even just by light scatter.
