To whom it may concern,
Being a " sorter" man I would like to have some information about the
sorting capacities of
the MoFlo MLS in the real world .The performance in the companies
overview, general
description and glossy brochure are very impressive but I´m more
interested if this fits
the reality. So my question to MoFlo users in the field is simple; I
just want to receive their
experiences and comments on the MoFlo MLS such as; are there many
pitfalls in operating the
machine, what are routinely obtained purities ,recoveries of high
speed sorted events and so
on .
I learned sorting on the Ortho 50-H machine and after that I´m
sorting for over 8 years on
the FacStar on daily bases in the field of experimental hematology .If
there are any questions
about sorting with this machine I will be gladly to answer those in
return.
