B220 on ALPS

Is there a human counterpart to the mouse B220 (CD45R isoform). If not
could the anti-mouse B220 MoAb be used in humans, assuming there is
sufficient homology. The application would be to use this as a  marker of
the double-negative T-cells in ALPS patients (similar to the mouse MRL/lpr
model)
