Greetings Joan,

A few years ago I had a quick look at neutrophil phagocytosis of candida
sp. by simply growing up the yeast in medium containing fluorecein
diacetate overnight, then washing them and then feeding them to neuts. It
seemed to work - gating on the neutrophil cloud and observing the 525
emmision. I don't know if this would work for pasturella but it might be
worth a quick go.

Best wishes

Arnold.
