pasturella and fluorescent beads

	I have a client who would like to attach pasturella to fluorescent beads
in order to measure pasturella specific phagocytosis.  Has anyone out there
done this?
	If you have, would you be willing to share your information.  We would be
interested in, what fluorescent beads you used, what protocol you used to
attach the beads to the pasturella, etc.	Any and all info on this subject
will be appreciated.
