expect to see staining of both tdt and mpo in a healthy donor neutrophil
light scatter gate. the mpo is specific, the tdt nonspecific [the later has
a reference i do not rememember-perhaps someone else does]. MPO will also
stain the monocytes, but at a reduced level relative to neutrophil
staining. i dont recall how basophils stain.
