Inducing Apoptosis in HD Lines

Hello,

    I would like to know if anyone has used AnnexinV to look at
apoptosis in Hodgkin lines.  I would like to know if you see similar
percentages of apoptosis with using the AnnexinV method compared to
others.  As well, anyone suggest a good inducer of apoptosis in these
lines (ie/ L428, KMH2, HDLM-2, etc...), preferably a chemical, but any
antibodies that will do the trick as well!
