Hi, group . . . I have a colleague with a dead Scan. Specifically, the laser. I know it's fairly straightforward to replace one, but of course it's not mine, and this colleague has no in-house technical support (that I know of . . .). So, what she's looking for is a good source for a replacement laser (I thought that shouldn't be to expensive, but . . . am I wrong?) Any tips on where one can come up with a replacement laser for a Scan will be appreciated. I think ultimately that I'll recommend she hire BD per-call to install it. MAK. -- Mark A.
