PBMC and Confocal Microscopy

Hello, all:

I have a student who wants to do confocal laser scanning microscopy on
peripheral blood cells.  He wants to do intracellular staining, and, since
the cells are non-adherent, needs to know the best method for immobilizing
(fixing) the cells onto a glass slide for confocal microscopy.  Any ideas
would be greatly appreciated.
