Dear Kathy,

You may want to try DAKO Ki-67 (Code No. F0053) FITC conjugated antibody for
paraffin-embedded samples. The antibody is directed against a nuclear
antigen and requires permeabilization first (DAKO IntraStain). Our package
insert describes the procedure in detail. Please feel free to call me with
any questions or visit our website at www.dakousa.com

We are planning to perform Ki-67 on paraffin preserved tissue by flow.
This will replace the ploidy analysis, as it seems to be out of favor.
I am trying to find the best or most practical method and antibody.
Suggestions?

Thank you,
