Dear Flow collegues, We are currently using the presence of cIgM to differentiate precursor B-ALL or pre-pre B-ALL (cIgM neg) from pre-B ALL (cIgM pos) in pediatric patients. Apparently pediatric patients with pre B-ALL do worse than patients with precursor B-ALL (pre-pre B ALL). Does the same prognosis apply to adults with B-ALL? The literature is not quite clear on this issue from what I remember. Thanks for your help Andrea Illingworth Dahl-Chase Diagnostic Services/Flow Cytometry 333 State Street Bangor, Maine 04401 (207)990-4855
