Forgive my ignorance.
We are finding that there is a high level of background fluorescence 
staining mouse bone marrow with a biotinylated 
antibody-fluorescent strepavdin system. 
Has anyone tried neutorlite avdin (Southern BioTech) a deglycosolated 
version on bone marrow? Or does anyone have any suggestions?
