Hi fellow flow-ers,

Is it possible to do simultaneous immunophenotyping and cytokine mRNA to be 
analysed by flow cytometry? Lit search on cytokine mRNA to 1998 appears to
be only done by RT_PCR. Any help or suggestion will be gratefully accepted.
