Recommend design direction or modifications of system components relevant to overall system integration and user interface. Develop and execute protocols that can be used to verify and validate the performance of the product or subsystem during the development process. Participate in new product analytical development, scale-up, process optimization, technology transfer, and process validation activities. Develop production procedures and product specifications. Qualifications Typically requires an MS or BS in a related scientific discipline and four years of operational experience in flow cytometry using cell sorters, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
