Collect, analyze, and validate data received from our instrument products that are not performing to standard in the field. Work in collaboration with other BDIS associates to determine the causes and develop and implement corrective actions for our instrument products. Qualifications Typically requires a BA/BS in a related scientific, technical or engineering discipline and two years of experience in a medical device organization, or equivalent combination of related education and experience. A working knowledge of medical device GMPs and computer databases is required. Effective interpersonal, organization/ planning, analytical/problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills are also required.
