Hello Alwina

	Have you tried using an anti-Fc (anti-CD16/32) antibody
(Pharmingen sells it as"Fc-Block"). This has helped increase the
separation from negative and positive peaks for some stains. And, using
BSA or Serum in your staining buffer can help. (but then, you probably
know about the serum) :-)
