unspecific antibody binding to mouse splenocytes

Hi,

I stain mouse splenic lymphocytes, and I use a product called Fc Block from
PharMingen (catalogue number 01241D, clone 2.4G2) It binds to CD16 and CD32
(Fc gamma receptors III and II).
You might also try to titrate your antibodies to find the optimal
concentration giving the best signal with the lowest amount of background
staining.
