Epitope quantitation

Colleagues ...
I need to start to measure expression levels of certain epitopes on human
leucocytes and will be using specific mouse IgG1 MAbs. I guess these are
used at saturating concentrations, followed by comparison of intensities
with fluorochrome-conjugated anti-mouse-IgG between stained leucocytes and
mouse IgG-bearing calibrator beads. I think my anti-mouse-IgG conjugate is
at last OK, thanks to some helpful suggestions here. Can anyone suggest
sources of reliable calibrator beads and I would welcome any comments on
techniques and pitfalls - also a few good quotable references.
