We would like to know if there are any books or articles on cell sorting
techniques. We are particularly interested in yield and recovery in relation
to different sort modes.  

We would also like to hear from anyone who is using the MoFlo.  Do you
perform high speed sorting and what kind of yield do you get?  Have you had
any problems with excessive air bubbles, stream instability, and nozzle clogs?  

Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!!!!!
