Identifying and sorting human dendritic cells

We are about to embark an a project that involves the detection and
hopefully the sorting of human dendritic cells growing in human
cancellous bone fragments implanted into scid mice (Blood 88:1973-1982,
1996). To begin with we will try to identify these cells in normal
human marrow suspensions and if this is successful, move forward with
the scid mouse experiments. One potential composite phenotype that we
thought might be useful is: CD14-negative/CD1a-positive/CD83-positive.
What is the status of pan-CD45 antigen expression on dendritic cells?
What about CD45-negative/CD1a-positive/CD83-positive? Any advice/better
ideas regarding these issues will be gratefully received.
