Dear John You just have hit the big rock in the road. You can see the DC with veils and dendrites in the lower part of the granulocytes area. However, if you have them treated with enzymes, they will be more o less round and close to the monocytes area. A few days ago, we sorted human DC after culturing with IL-4 and GM-CSF from the lower granulocyte area and it worked fine.
