Gene,

We routinely use Cy5 on our dye-head equipped High Speed Clinical Cell  
Sorters.  We set dye head at 633nm and 300mW (about 3.2W from the pump  
laser).  A 660/30 filter does not work (we tried!).  However, we did have  a  
670/20 in our optics box and found that this gives excellent results.
