Flow cytometer parts for Russia

Hello all...

I have colleagues in Moscow who currently have (among other instruments) an
Coulter Epics C that they are attempting to keep in an operating condition.
Obviously, used parts are scarce in that neck of the woods, and I am trying
to set up a "stable" of old instruments and/or parts here that they can draw
on as the need arises. If you have an entire instrument (working or not) or
parts (lasers, power supplies, sort modules, cards, etc.) that you are no
longer using, their donation would be greatly appreciated. While I
(unfortunately) don't have funds to pay you for them, I will take on any
financial responsibility for getting them from you to me (including driving
to your institution and getting them, if they are large!). I am going to
Russia next month, so I can deliver some items at that time. Please respond
to me directly (telfordw@hss.edu) rather than the list.

Thanks for helping to keep flow cytometry going in the former Soviet Union!

Regards,

Bill Telford
