immunogold to intra-cellular antigens

Hello Immunogold Enthusiasts,

I would like to label intra-cellular (cytoplasmic) antigen with immuno-gold 
-coupled antibodies, to look at the effect on FCM scatter etc.

Is that possible at all ? 

What cell permeabilization procedure would be most suitable ?

Does anyone know of a company that custom-makes immuno-gold ?
Or sells protein A/G colloidal gold ?
