Greetings! CD 71, human transferrin receptor, is up-regulated on activated lymphocytes (as many are already aware). Has anyone attempted to estimate quantitatively (by flow) how many receptors are expressed on activated cells? Also, to what extent do these anti-CD71 monoclonals on the market cross-react with receptors of non-human creatures? Thanks! Linda Weaver Genetic Therapy, Inc. Gaithersburg, MD 20877
