I thought that I posted this message to the list yesterday - but it doesn't seem to have appeared. I apologize if this turns out to be a duplicate. Does anyone out there have any data to suggest that CD10 (CALLA, neural endopeptidase, MME) either is or is not expressed on (or in) platelets? We find dim labeling of platelets with CD10 antibodies by flow, but it is not too convincing. I would prefer data based on Western blotting or RT-PCR, but any info would be appreciated. The reasons for this strange request are too complex to summarize here - but if this question stimulates anyone's interest I would be happy to discuss it further. Thanks, Ken Ault
