Bill You're probably out of luck. Find out what isotype the unlabelled rat mAb is. If it is a different isotype than the CD19 and/or B220 mAbs then obtain from Pharmingenappropriate mAb anti-rat Ig isotype that is labelled. Since this is a mAb have him grow some up in tissue culture, purify with protein G affinity column, and label with biotin which is extremely easy, then use Streptavidin to reveal.
