G'day all, I'm after a source of very bright green fluorescence beads. The brighter the better. Size is not important except that the bigger they are the brighter they are. The emission spectra must be narrow with minimum fluorescence in the orange and red. I've tried Flow Cytometry Standards Fluorescein Reference beads and they are not bright enough. Sphero yellow beads are also not bright enough. The emmission spectrum of ImmunoCheck and Calibrite are to broad. Any suggestions. _______________________________________________ Graham Vesey Australian Environmental Flow Cytometry Group School of Biological Sciences, .-.--:_:\ Macquarie University, _/ \ Sydney, : AEFCG | Australia NSW 2109. \_ / Tel- 612 9850 8111 '-''''\__/ Fax- 612 9850 8174 V gvesey@rna.bio.mq.edu.au http://www.bio.mq.edu.au/flowgird/ ______________________________________________
