To experts in flow DNA analysis, especially with paraffin embedded tissue:

I am giving the medimachine (DAKO) a trial, and it seems to greatly enhance
the mechanical agitation of the tissue.My question is, would using the
medimach. over scissor mincing alow me to shorten my DNA procedure.  The
procedure,for paraffin embedded tissue is as follows (briefly):  Run paraffin
specimen down to water; mince tissue (medimachine) and add pepsin; incubate at
37 for 1 hour;wash twice in HBSS; add PI; incubate 10 min. at 37; run on flow.
