Re: Coulter list mode files

We have similar problem since initially we have an old Coulter, then I used
Verify that allow to change the files from coulter list mode into FCS
files. From FCS files I was able to do everything that I need but only by
using Lysis o PC-lysis. I try several times with Winmdi but the best that I
could get is flat histograms and neither dot nor contours, and of course
all the statistics is lost. I am not fond of BD sofware (very expensive)
and because winmdi is free, it is the easy way to go. However, I am not a
computerfreak (still I read word and email for dummies) so I could not get
all the advantges from winmdi. May be Mario Roederer from Stanford
(Roederer@Beadle.Stanford.EDU) could help you better with his new software.
Regards and good luck
Rafael
