CD34 selection and DNAse

We found when thawing pilot vials from PB and bone marrow samples or
diluting an infusion sample we could reduce clumping by adding preservative
free heparin to the diluent at 10 u/ml. The vial is thawed at 37C and
diluted in 9 volumes of IMDM or saline.This does allow you to dilute in
IMDM which would cause clumping otherwise. We don't add DNAse.
