hi again--

this isn't a flow question, but you all seem to know where the antibodies
are! i've got a colleague who needs to show (by western blot) that his
nuclear fractions aren't contaminated with cytosolic proteins. i suggested
looking for ribsomes, ubiquitin or cytosolic beta-glucosidase or using a
fluid phase marker. do you have any suggestions as to what he can use, or
where to find the antibodies against these proteins?

thanks (in advance for this one and belatedly for the last.)

barbara
