leukocyte counts in fish

Hello everyone,

An investigator here is working with fish (Sparus aurata), and he
would like to do leukocyte counts from whole blood by flow.
Nucleated erythrocytes interfere with lysing solutions, and gradient
density centrifugations can loose some populations. Any idea?
