try CD138 (B-B4; Syndecan-1). It stains about 75% of PC.

Hi folks

Does anyone know of a way of identifying plasma cells by flow? I have CD38
but it doesn't seem very specific. We wish to monitor the differentiation
of primary B-cells into plasma cells.
