POSITION OPENING
ORACLE DBA
This is a BDIS Information Systems database position (especially relational
databases), reponsible for planning, coordinating and administering Oracle
database systems (SAP R/3, and others) to ensure effective database definition,
structure, documentation, long-range requirements, and operational guidelines
and protection.
Requires a BS in Information Systems or a related scientific discipline and 5
years of database/systems management experience, including at least 2 years of
experience as an Oracle DBA on a UNIX system. Experience with the IBM RS/6000
AIX operating system and SAP America's ERP application system is preferred.
