Can someone tell me which is the best method or software to evaluate the
number of positive cells from flow cytometric immunoassays.  I 
have the reference from Francesco Lampariello (Cytometry 1994,
15:294-301) 
but no software was noticed.  I would appreciate also  if someone could
send 
me the reference for Immuno-4, included in Elite software from Coulter.
