We are currently using a Pharmingen anti-CD99 antibody to stain a CD34+ cells from cord blood. However, it seems to be causing the cells to clump, while the same cells, stained with different antibodies are fine. It's a mouse IgG2a. Does anybody have any idea about why this is happening, or how we could stop it, as it is causing us to lose large numbers of precious cells.
