Quantitative detection of RNA by flow

I would like to determine the amount of RNA in eosinophils by flow 
cytometry to get an idea of the amount of RNA I can expect to 
extract from the cells afterwards.  

Does anyone have experience in using LDS 751 or a similar dye to 
determine the content of RNA in cells.
