Julie, You do not say what you want to stain with this , but for most mouse tissue my question would be why do you want to use CD45 with APC? The usual method for selecting a fluorochrome is to put the lowest epitope density together with the brightest Fluorochrome and vice versa, For most mouse work that means CD45-FITC which leaves the other three or more colours for the brighter dyes.
