Dear Chang Seok,

We often do T-cell lymphocyte subset analysis after Cd34 collection.
The reason being that most of our allogeneic transplants are T-cell
depleted. We however use Campath 1 which often depletes other cell
lines as well. In our experience there is a huge drop in the T-cell
population but we have not seen the huge increase in CD19+ cells that
you have seen. We also haven't experienced the CD3+/CD19+ population
you describe.

I hope this has been helpful. I would be interested to hear what
others have experienced.

Good luck,
