Department of Agriculture in Beltsville, which is a short drive away from your facility. He and most other people who have successfully separated X and Y sperm have relied on detection of differences in DNA content, using modified commercial flow cytometers and staining cells with Hoechst 33342. Surface markers evaluated to date have apparently not been as effective. -Howard
