Help, chem drawing

     Can any FLOWers recommend one or another of the chemical drawing 
     software packages?  
     They cost generally $1-2K. 
     I want to draw 3D structures of amino acids, short peptides and ball 
     structures of some proteins.  If they also do chemical calculations, 
     so much the better.
