Thanks to all who replied directly to me.
The majority of answers (11/20) report of charging by 15 min. increments.
Eight mention an 1/2 hour minimum charge.
Can anyone please send me the address on the Purdue site that has been mentioned
by  J. Paul Robinson as dealing with such issues?
