I've had several requests to pass on responses to my query re: monokine staining so I will be forwarding several messages to the this group. =========================================================================== Michelle N. The kit is easy to use and gives nice results - just remember to keep your cells in the Perm/wash solution even during antibody staining! We are using it for clinical samples also. You can also buy this kit with brefeldin or monensin to see which works best in your system. Hope this is helpful.
