 We use CD14 as our monocytic marker and it does not seem to be
affected by the stimulation although we have not specifically stained the
cells pre and post stimulation.  We had a monocyte product from apheresis
and the staining was as we would have expected.  We did see a difference in
IL-12 production depending on the stimulation that the cells received.
