Raymond B. Hester asked about looking at at Ca++ responses that occur within seconds (as in 1 or 2 seconds) after the addition of a particular agent to dissociated endothelial/epithelial cells. Cytek (Fremont, California, 510-657-0102) sells a "Time Zero" system that is supposed to delivery activated cells to the laser intercept within one second and works on the Vantage and Elite.
