          Just reminds me that I recently came across a 'Terasaki 
          like' 96 well plate. If my memory serves me right, I think 
          it was from Skatron. The bottom is just as big as the field 
          of view in a times 200 magnification, so you can see your 
          cell if it is there.

I have done it on a Vantage with a TSO.  It takes a bit of time to adjust
the well differences.  Be patient.  It is not if the sorter can do it, but
can the operator?  Use 10-12 psi sample pressure.
