CD13 reacts with aminopeptidase-N (ref. among others Favaloro et al, Leukocyte typing V,p.1788, Oxford University Press 1995), so it is not impossible that non-hematopoietic tumors may react. Is it possible to perform cytochemistry (eg chloracetate esterase) on cytologic material? Would be grateful to know the facit when you have it!
