First of all, thanks to everyone who answered my questions about OKT3.
I have a question about immobilising antibodies and fusion proteins onto
plastic. I am trying to set up costimulation assays using OKT3 with other
antibodies. I have seen papers where people have used Nunc Maxisorp or
Nunc Covalink plates to efficiently immobilise antibodies or fusion
proteins onto plastic. Has anyone had experience with this? I would
appreciate any advice, protocols or hints. Also, these Nunc plates are not
available sterile. Any tips on how to sterilise them without distrubing
the chemical coating on the wells? (they are plastic so I cant autoclave
them).
