We are trying to stain PFA fixed RBL (rat basophilic leukemia cells) 
for intracellular ubiquitin. I have tried the Ubi-1 clone from Zymed 
without success (although it works well for Western).

There are a number of different clones available, however I have been 
told by one company that their clones definitely do not work in rat 
cells for flow. Rather than randomly try other clones, I'd appreciate 
finding out if anyone has experience staining for ubiquitin in ANY 
species by flow?
Any suggestions? Thanks.
